So the last year of my degree has started. At Goldsmiths, people like to do stuff ‘unconventionally’. So apart from giving a presentation about the work placements done during the summer (I’m preparing a blogpost about this), as a first task for the year we have to 1) start a blog and 2) write at least ten posts (!), due on Monday (!!!) about the ideas and concepts we come up regarding the degree project. I feel extremely lazy about the idea of opening yet another blog. I sworn when I started this one that it would be the final, definite one, in which I would write anything I’d have to say. So I’m not beginning another one for this.
This has a problem, which is that I’ll probably be self-spamming the blog on a regular basis from now on. So here’s what I’m going to do : I’ll file all the ‘coursework posts’ under the ‘BA Design’ category, and try some way so that these posts are not included in the RSS feed. I’ll also disable the Twitter notifications for them. I’m assuming here that no one will care at all about my final degree project. But if you’re my secret stalker and you do, I’ll add another RSS feed link that includes this category. And here I’m also assuming that there are more readers of the blog apart from myself. We’ll see.
Oh, and this one totally counts as one of the ten posts for Monday. Ha!
